*If you are allergic to nuts, please do not use product(s). Before trying a new skincare product, you should first perform a spot test to verify no allergic reaction occur. If a reaction occurs, please discontinue use immediately.*
*Skin and hair products are handmade with love in small batches. All products are free from parabens, silicones, sulfates, petroleum, mineral oil, formaldehyde, artificial dye, and artificial preservatives. To ensure freshness, please enjoy within 3-6 months. *
*All products are made with oils and butters that melt at 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Product(s) may melt during shipping and in the summer months. Product(s) can be re-solidified if you shake the product and place it in the refrigerator until firm. Some butters may become grainy, and texture consistency may change but will maintain all of its benefits. *
Due to sanitary purposes, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not refund for unavoidable variation in color, texture, or scent of the product. Customized items will not be refunded. If you have any issues with your order once it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue immediately.


3KAA provides standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail. DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS Hair and Skin products are shipped Monday-Wednesday Only (unless express shipping is selected)! This is due to the possibility of product(s) melting during transit in the summer months. All other products will be shipped Monday-Friday. 
Custom orders take longer than standard orders for processing. You will receive a shipping email notification that we've shipped your order and the tracking information.
Once you receive your USPS tracking information, we are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages (contact USPS at (800)275-8777). If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the product is returned, the customer is responsible for paying the re-shipping fee.
