Do products contain nuts?
Yes, some of the oils are derived from trees, shrubs, nuts or fruits.

Do products contain any chemical or artificial preservatives?
No, all products are free from parabens, silicones, sulfates, petroleum, mineral oil, formaldehyde, artificial dye, and artificial preservatives.

Why did my product arrive melted?
All hair/skin products are handmade with oils and butters that melt at 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

Why is my product, grainy?
The butters used may become grainy when the product is heated (especially shipping during summer months), causing the fatty acids to separate. If you cool the butters down slowly, the fatty acids will stay separated, which gives you a grainy texture. The graininess of the butters does not mean it has gone rancid. The graininess has more to do with how it is cooled. We recommend you shake the product and place it in the refrigerator until firm.

Can my product be re-solidified?
Yes, shake the product and place it in the refrigerator until firm.

Can I get a customized product if allergic to any ingredient?
Yes, 3KAA can modify certain products. Please email us with the requested change, and we will notify you if 3KAA can accommodate the change

Do you ship internationally?
No, 3KAA currently does not ship internationally.
